Description
Indy serrated primer is a stainless type based on lead oxide and alkyd resin or orange-colored epoxy that is used on metal surfaces. This coating acts as a stainless primer on the surface and runs in a single layer or requires middle layer coatings for complete protection under different weather conditions has. lead oxide with PbO formula according to the type of production process in two colors: yellow PbO (mono-lead oxide or litharge) or red Pb3O4 (lead oxide tetraoxide or cerium), a kind of anti-corrosion pigment (pigment Oxide is red or dark red in the formulation of the production of stainless steel parts for their protection from corrosion.

Implementation Method
Surface preparation:
1. The work should be free from rust and corrosion.
2. The minimum degree of cleanliness of the surface is SA2½ and SA3.
3. The substrate should be free of moisture, dirt, grease and oil.
The implementation is done in two stages:
First layer: apply a layer of anti-rust alkyd primer with a brush, roller, airless or gun with a minimum thickness and make sure the surface is fully coated.
Second layer: after 24 hours, apply the second layer of alkyd rust-proof syringe with a thickness that is appropriate based on the application and weather conditions.
At the time of execution, the ambient temperature should be between 10 and 40 degrees Celsius, the surface temperature should be 3 degrees higher than the dew point, and the relative humidity should be less than 80%.
Implementation Tools
✔ Paint Brush, Roller, Airless and Pistol spray.
