      Composition<\/strong><\/h4>\n

      Each 5 g of sachet contains: Calcium Carbonate 2500 mg, equivalent to Calcium 1000 mg, Colecalciferol 800 IU.<\/p>\n

      Pharmacology and pharmacokinetics functions of the product<\/strong><\/h4>\n

      Calcium Carbonate: Calcium is an essential mineral required for the maintenance of the bone health, coagulation of blood, functional integrity of the nervous, cardiac and muscular system. It is also essential for bone growth and development during pregnancy. Calcium controls hormonal secretion such as parathyroid hormone.<\/p>\n

      Cholecalciferol: Cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3) is an essential vitamin that promotes the absorption of calcium, decreases the excretion of calcium through the kidneys, interacts with parathyroid hormone (PTH) and regulates the mobilization of calcium from bone, maintains the normal concentration of calcium and phosphates in plasma.<\/p>\n

      Dosage and administration<\/strong><\/h4>\n

      One sachet once a day. Pour directly into mouth, no water required.<\/p>\n

      Contraindications<\/strong><\/h4>\n

      Hypercalcemia, primary hyperparathyroidism, Vitamin D over dosage, osteoporosis due to prolonged immobilization, renal stones and severe hypercalciuria and hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients.<\/p>\n

      Prolonged use or at higher doses may cause gastrointestinal irritation, hypercalcemia.<\/p>\n
