Description<\/h2>\n

Indy zinc phosphate alkyd stainless is a type of primer based on alkyd resin containing zinc phosphate anti-corrosion pigment in gray and alvan paint, which is used on metal surfaces, especially metal niches. This coating acts as a stainless primer on the surface and requires a single-layer coating or alkyd coating to fully protect under different weather conditions. It is also widely used, especially in environments where gasulfur is available. Zinc phosphate prevents corrosion through the Barrier deterrent mechanism or through the Passive mechanism by adhesion of ion phosphate on the metal surface and creating anodic protection. Zinc Phosphate or Zinc Ph With formula Zn3 Zn 3 ^4 White color, a kind of anti-corrosion pigment or oxidative pigment containing zinc anti-corrosion element with abbreviations Zn. The metal element zinc or zinc is sacrificed as metal and prevents corrosion or progression by creating a protective layer due to oxidation on iron and steel.<\/p>\n

        Implementation Method<\/h2>\n

        Surface preparation:
        \n1. The work should be free from rust and corrosion.
        \n2. The minimum degree of cleanliness of the surface is Sa2\u00bd.
        \n3. The substrate should be free of moisture, dirt, grease and oil.<\/p>\n

        The implementation is done in two stages:
        \nFirst layer: A layer of Alkyd Zinc Phosphate anti-rust should be diluted with oil thinner according to the application conditions, and then apply with a brush, roller, airless or gun with a minimum thickness and make sure the surface is fully coated.
        \nSecond layer: After 24 hours, apply the second layer of alkyd zinc phosphate anti-rust with a thickness that is appropriate based on the application and weather conditions.
        \nAt the time of execution, the ambient temperature should be between +10 and +40 degrees Celsius, the surface temperature should be 3 degrees higher than the dew point, and the relative humidity should be less than 85%.<\/p>\n
