Description<\/h2>\n

PW75 Moomprimer is a full-bodied polymer modified bituminous coating for cold application without fillers, pigments, lead and cobalt which is suitable for use in structures in contact with potable water. It is applicable inside metal (rustles or rusty), galvanized, steel, concrete and cement drinking water tanks and pipes which seals the underneath surface and protects it against corrosion agent.<\/p>\n

      Implementation Method<\/h2>\n

      \u00a0 \u2714 Metal Structure<\/h3>\n

      Surface preparation:\u00a0<\/strong>Surfaces onto which the PW75 Moomrimer is to be applied must be clean from loose layers, humidity, soil, grease or oil stain. Can be applied on rust without requiring rust removal.
      \nFor water tanks, apply a minimum of two coats of PW75 Moomprimer allowing at least 24 hours for drying between each coat. This may take longer depending on the conditions. Thoroughly wash out the tank with clean cold water after the final coat has been dried.<\/p>\n

      First layer:\u00a0<\/strong>At first, cover welding spots and joints with brush. Then, cover the entire surface with a thin but uniform layer of the material.
      \nWhen using pistol spray or airless, pay attention to corners and joints and cover the entire surfaces in a uniform way.<\/p>\n

      Second layer:\u00a0<\/strong>Twenty-four hours after application of the first layer, apply the second layer in the same manner. Be careful to cover all corners and tank floor uniformly. Make sure there are no paint accumulation in any spots and corners.<\/p>\n

      \u00a0 \u2714 Concrete Structure<\/h3>\n

      Surface preparation:\u00a0<\/strong>Prior to application, clear the desired surface from humidity, soil, grease or oil stains.
      \nRepair the surface cracks with concrete repair products to create a healthy surface. Then, cover the entire area with the PW75 Moomprimer uniformly in two phases: Penetrating and top-coat layers (using roller, airless or pistol spray.)
      \nPay attention to corners and tank floors to reach a uniform layer free from paint accumulation.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
